Igor Mishenev. The world of avant-garde and abstraction.

Born in 1971 in Moscow. In my youth, I dreamed of taking up painting, but became a musician. I returned to my second dream only in adulthood. I work in both abstract and figurative painting. I've been painting since 2017. In 2022, I graduated from the School of Abstract Art at the Union of Abstract Artists of Russia "SABROS" with honors and the Kandinsky Medal.

 

In my work, I use the method of abstract expressionism, which I discovered intuitively.

 

In painting, I'm interested in the nature of the image, and how it affects feelings and
